Bring the ABSOLU CRISTAL and water to a boil.

Slowly pour the boiling mixture onto the melted P125 COEUR DE GUANAJA. Using a spatula, mix at the center to create an elastic and shiny core. Mix to complete the emulsion, taking care not to incorporate any air. Store the mixture in the refrigerator. When you are ready to use the mixture, heat it to 35° C (95° F).
