Mix together the creamed butter and brown sugar until the mixture turns white.

Incorporate the eggs, followed by the flour and baking powder (which you have sifted together in advance).

Add the lightly chopped and toasted nuts, then the pearls.

Store in the refrigerator.

BAKING: 150-160°C (300-320°F).
